Turra is Beautiful

Completed pencils for a page from my graphic novel series Jetta: Tales of the Toshigawa. This page is from the next book titled OMEGA.

I love this page because Turra (The character with the guns) is so beautiful in this. And she's such a bad ass. This page embodies what the character represents in my mind and (I hope) the minds of the readers. One thing I hope people realize with my artwork (or any comic book work that you may enjoy) is that there is a LOT of work that goes into all of the things you enjoy. For every one second of "disposable" artwork in a comic book, four to five hours has gone into the production of it. For me, these books are a labor of love and I love these characters that I have created. I hope you enjoy the artwork and the stories that accompany these illustrations as well.
